Meet Brandon and Cornieta
Brandon and Cornieta Whitfield who are Authors, Entrepreneurs, Advocates, Speakers, and Faith-based Community Leaders founded and co-owns Speak Life LLC a motivational company that is committed to helping organizations and people obtain their desired success as well as the author of the new book Interruptions.
Cornieta A. Whitfield who is a well sought after Motivational Speaker and Team Building Coach is passionate about people and teams winning. Cornieta is a dynamic motivational speaker whose passion is to speak life into her listeners. Cornieta's purpose is to help others reach their full potential by creating a high energy and life-changing atmosphere that connects the listeners, mind, body, and soul, to become more aware of current blockages that are hindering them from living their best version of themselves. As a Twin Miscarriage Survivor, she has used her story to help individuals the purpose in their pain after suffering a loss and teaching them how to rewrite their story.
As a former, Captain, and Student-Athlete, at The University of Connecticut Division 1 Woman Track and Field team she has developed many skills that have given her an edge on how to be determined, tenacious and persistent in pursuing her goals. She uses these the same skills that she has learned to turn programs around, helping them to build winning teams that are filled with high performers. She has worked with programs such as Western Connecticut State University Women Lacrosse Team and cooperation such as Honey Tree Preschool and Day Care Staff, spoken at Temple University, and several faith-based organizations.
Brandon L. Whitfield who is an influential leader and skilled speaker serve leaders across the northeast teaching them how to mobilize the team that they have. Drawing from 15 years of speaking experience he knows how to captivate a room of leaders, motivating them and inspiring them, to become better leaders. As an entrepreneur, building a very successful organic church plant, after founding The River Church in Danbury CT, Brandon motivates others to follow their God-given purpose. He is currently working on Prison Reforms and Reentrancy with the city of Danbury, advocating for those who desire a chance at life again.
Together, Brandon and Cornieta strive to impact those who they are called to serve.
Team Building Coaching and proven results
Cornieta worked with the Colonials 2018-2019 season where they went from a previous season of 4-14 to 14-5 after working with Cornieta. The team was able to beat their biggest rival since 2005, Keene State, 19-9, make semifinal appearance and have a program history best season with a season-best start of 6-1. The team had a successful year, on the field and off the field. Academically they improved all-around with honors and team-best in GPA.

Cornieta And Brandon Whitfield, Authors of Interruption, are sharing their story of how they became a Twin Miscarriage Survivor using the power of their faith and will. In Interruption, you will get tools, strategies, and techniques on how to navigate through any unforeseen interruption and come out on top. On a mission to break the stigma connected to miscarriage, they are challenging others who have faced a miscarriage of a child or dream to share their story. Since the Interruption, Cornieta and Brandon have founded a non-profit organization, started a business, and continues to thrive all because they did not allow their interruption to kill the other dreams that were waiting to be manifested. Organizational Culture Coaching
In 2017 Brandon set out to start a life-giving church in Danbury CT where he welcomed over 300 people at his launch service. Today he is the youngest and leading church plant in his organization who is pioneering in his organization. Passionate about organizational culture and creating an environment where the leaders are connected to their team, Brandon continues to host mentorship opportunities for leaders to grow.
