Making The Necessary Steps Daily


I am so excited about this week! I want to share with you how I am taking back my life and how you can do the same with my new discovery of MEAL PREP!

Taking back your life starts with realizing that you deserve better and deserve more. If you are willing to do whatever it takes to get that result then you have open the right blog for you!

Whether you have been trying to do it on your own or with someone else, you have come to understanding that there has got to be another way to achieving my happiness. And there is!

Recently my husband and I made this decision to not just lose weight but live a healthier lifestyle. After losing the twins, I went back and forth with.. "should I lose weight? Should I not? It was a mess, y'all. Then I had Carter and I was like... this weight has got to go! I was so focus on losing the weight because I just wanted to feel great, confident and amazing again in my size 6 and 125lb. But y'all I was having such a hard time! I was being so hard on myself for the wrong reasons.

Listen, my husband says, "when you are in it's venting, but when you are out of it its a testamony". Well y'all I am venting to my Joy Carriers! Why? Because Modeling Joy is a daily way of living. It's understand that some days are going to be great and some days are not, but you have to have your circle of people who will remind you that you got this!

And guess what? That's y'all! hahaha

And I know some of you may be in the same shoes and I want us to walk it out together.


So back to the story. Last weekend we decided to try the meal prep. We decided to do it because, we are in a new place trying to save for a home, we wanted to eat healthier and we wanted to see if it was really doable like how TV makes it!

I took back my life by realizing that it's not about losing the weight. But it's about living a more fullfilled life. It was about creating a lifestyle instead of a "get rich quick" type of mentality. Changing your mindset will cause you to be able to maintain the goal you have in mind.

If you want to take your life back you are going to have to understand that it takes time. It is not going to be an overnight process. Why? You did not get to a place of depression, negative thought process, or neglecting of yourself overnight. You got there overtime. So your healing process will be over time. But the one thing you have to do is take a step!

Take that step with me today and take back your life. Take that step with me today and find the strength within yourself move towards living the life you have always wanted to live.

I want to see the smile on your face again. I want to see the love in your eyes towards your husband and family. I want to see the dream bursting from your mouth as you tell those that you have decided to move forward!
